Welcome to Ms Jennifer's Studio. This is a platform for anyone who wants to sharpen your communication or widen your vision. Learning is about attitude. I belief kids will leap forward if they're given space to knowledge as oppose to cramming for an exam. Therefore, I mainly focus on 2 aspects--laying solid foundation in languages (comprehension and speaking) and developing the ability to think. These are life-long skills and the rest will come along. Let your kids love learning, don't be led by marks.

Letter from Ms Jennifer
Dear Parents,
In recent years, I have been teaching a wide range of students from age 3-17, so this experience facilitates my study in developing a teaching approach which provides guidance during their fledgling age of learning and direction for their pursuit of independent thinking.
I have studied the theories on different stages of cognitive learning developed by Developmental Psychologist Jean Piaget and Domains of learning by Educational Psychologist Benjamin Bloom. Apart from theory, my experiences with kids remind me that fun is an important element to their learning since it is the origin to self-generating incentive. Together with my findings, I design courses with focus on consolidating the language foundation and building incrementally their thinking skills.
As we know, learning is an integral process while reading and listening serve as cornerstones to pile up our understanding of facts and values in our world. By expressive way of learning, students’ mind will be revealed and developed in terms of understanding, delivery, internalising skills/ values and collaborating. In simple words, students will learn from reading or listening, be inspired to think and express, then via discussion, incorporating different views and internalising the knowledge for later use.
Therefore, I design courses in 3 disciplines, language, speaking and thinking. I believe these will be most beneficial and complementary to kids under school curriculum. Ms Jennifer 2011
